Terms and Conditions
Welcome! We’re glad you’re here!
Our trips are designed to be meaningful, safe, and respectful experiences for everyone involved. Here’s what we ask—and what you can expect—from us:
• Be kind, respectful, and accountable. Harassment, discrimination, or crossing personal boundaries isn’t tolerated.
• Take responsibility for yourself. This includes your health, alcohol intake, belongings, and behavior.
• Shared spaces require care. Rooming requests aren’t guaranteed, and mutual respect is expected.
• Travel comes with risks. By joining, you accept the inherent risks of travel and activities.
• No refunds. All bookings are non-refundable, so travel insurance is essential.
• We may step in if safety is at risk. This can include removing a participant without refund.
We commit to acting in good faith, communicating clearly, and making decisions with care. By booking, you agree to the full Terms and Conditions above—which exist to protect both you and the community.
Safety and respect are shared responsibilities.

1. Contractual Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. No oral statements, marketing materials, or informal communications shall modify or supersede these Terms unless expressly stated in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
If you are booking on behalf of others, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind all participants to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all members of your party review and comply with them.

2. Eligibility & Responsibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise explicitly stated. Minors may only participate with prior written approval and must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times.
You affirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating in the Services. It is your sole responsibility to assess whether a trip or activity is appropriate for your abilities, health conditions, and limitations.

3. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a non-refundable deposit, as specified at the time of booking.
Prices are listed per person unless otherwise stated and may exclude airfare, visas, travel insurance, optional activities, meals not expressly included, gratuities, and personal expenses.
Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, except where expressly required by law.
If you cancel for any reason—including but not limited to personal circumstances, illness, travel delays, or changes in plans—you forfeit all amounts paid.
The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, activities, or schedules at any time due to weather, safety concerns, force majeure events, or operational needs. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
If the Company cancels a Service entirely, liability is strictly limited to the return of payments received for that Service only. No additional compensation will be provided.

5. Travel Insurance
Participants are strongly required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, trip interruption, delays, evacuation, and personal liability.
Failure to obtain adequate insurance is done entirely at your own risk. The Company assumes no responsibility for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

6. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, political instability, weather events, transportation failures, and acts of third parties.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Services, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the Company, guides, and local operators. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Service without refund.

7. Liability Waiver & Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, guides, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the Services.
This includes, without limitation, claims arising from negligence, acts or omissions of third parties, or conditions beyond the Company’s control.
8. Conduct & Community Standards
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow participants, staff, local communities, cultures, environments, and laws at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwanted attention, verbal or physical aggression, excessive intoxication, or any behavior that disrupts the safety, dignity, or experience of others will not be tolerated.
The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory conduct based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
The Company reserves the absolute and unilateral right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive, as determined in the Company’s sole discretion. Removal may occur at any point during the Service and will be without refund, compensation, or reimbursement of any kind.

9. Kindness Clause
At the heart of our Services is a shared commitment to kindness, accountability, and mutual respect.
We recognize that group travel can be emotionally, physically, and socially demanding. Participants are expected to engage with patience, emotional maturity, flexibility, and care for one another.
In return, the Company commits to acting in good faith, communicating clearly and transparently, and making decisions with fairness and human consideration whenever circumstances allow.
This clause reflects the spirit in which these Terms are enforced but does not limit or override the Company’s rights, remedies, or discretion under any other provision.

10. Rooming, Accommodations & Shared Spaces
Room assignments may be shared unless explicitly stated otherwise. Requests for specific roommates, single occupancy, or room changes are requests only and are not guaranteed.
Participants agree to behave respectfully in all shared accommodations, including hotels, apartments, transportation, and communal spaces.
The Company is not responsible for interpersonal conflicts between roommates or participants. Any room change requests made during the Service may result in additional costs, which are the sole responsibility of the participant.
The Company reserves the right to reassign rooms or accommodations at any time for safety, logistical, or operational reasons.

11. Alcohol, Substances & Personal Responsibility
Alcohol consumption, where legally permitted, is entirely optional and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Participants are solely responsible for knowing and complying with local laws regarding alcohol and substances.
Illegal drug use, misuse of prescription medications, or behavior impaired by substances that compromises safety will result in immediate removal from the Service without refund.
The Company assumes no liability for incidents, injuries, losses, or damages related to alcohol or substance use.

12. Social Media, Privacy & Representation
Participants are expected to respect the privacy, consent, and boundaries of others at all times.
Photography, video recording, or posting content involving other participants or staff on social media must be done with explicit consent.
Misrepresentation of the Company, its staff, or other participants online—including defamatory, misleading, or harmful content—may result in removal from the Service and potential legal action.

13. Sexual Misconduct, Consent & Personal Boundaries
The Company enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual misconduct, abuse, coercion, harassment, or non-consensual behavior of any kind.
Consent must be explicit, mutual, ongoing, and freely given. Intoxication, pressure, power dynamics, or silence do not constitute consent.
Any behavior that violates another participant’s physical, emotional, or psychological boundaries will result in immediate removal from the Service without refund and may be reported to local authorities.
The Company reserves the sole discretion to investigate concerns, take protective action, and separate participants as necessary to maintain safety.
14. Medical Disclosure, Fitness to Participate & Emergency Authority
Participants are solely responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, mental health considerations, mobility limitations, or other factors that may affect their ability to safely participate.
By booking, you affirm that you are medically and physically fit for participation and that you assume all risks related to undisclosed conditions.
In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, you authorize the Company to seek medical treatment on your behalf if you are unable to do so yourself.
You further authorize the Company to make reasonable decisions regarding your care, transportation, evacuation, or removal from the Service if deemed necessary for your safety or the safety of others.
All medical and related expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant.

15. Intellectual Property & Media
All content, itineraries, branding, written materials, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the Company.
By participating, you grant the Company permission to use photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the Services for promotional and educational purposes, unless you opt out in writing prior to the start of the Service.

16. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor strikes, or acts of war.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of USA.

18. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
